I told autopager to be enabled for a certain site and I no longer want it enabled on that site. How do I tell it not to use autopager for that url?

For version 0.5.0.0 or later:
Open your page. Tools->Auto Pager->Disable on Site. The AutoPager toolbar and status menu will looks like this after disabled on a site: 
For version prior to 0.5.0.0:
Open your page. Then Tools->Auto Pager->Show Page options. Click the last AD in the opened panel. Which means Always Disable this site. |
