From version 0.5.0.0, AutoPager is integrated with the "Clear Private Data" function in firefox. You can use it to clean the site confirmation. 
And you can turn the site confirm prompt off each time the prompt showed.

Please following these steps for AutoPager prior to version 0.5.0.0:
There are some setting in AutoPager can help you archive private browsing, you just need to turn the prompt off. Thus AutoPager will be allowed for all support sites. And AutoPager will not log any thing about the sites you visited.

You can archive this by making changes to two configuration items.
Tools->AutoPager->Manage Setting->General
Uncheck "show prompt for individual new site" and "show simple modal prompt for individual new site".

And please manually delete <your profile root>/autopager/site-confirm.xml if it's not empty. Please following this link to find the profile root.
