Thanks panadol84u, he find some document in enable java file access in nokia phones, and prove it works in his nokia 6288. http://www.teesoft.info/phpbb/viewtopic.php?p=155#155 There are know issues for know issues for Symbian based phones like Nokia S50,S60 phones. You need check security settings on clicking "options" on app icon/or in the global options. You should find "read user data" or something similar, try setting it to allowed or "ask". Since the application is not signed so there may only "ask every time" for this option. This will make it really painful to use jstardict in Symbian files. To remove this, the application need to be signed at http://www.javaverified.com. This need your support. You can donate to make this happen.
