You may not like AutoPager. I am really sad to hear that. Other then uninstall it you can disable it by click the AutoPager icons in the status bar. Or use the page options context menu to disable it on individual pages.
But if you really want to uninstall it, this document may be the one you want to refer.
How to Uninstall AutoPager Firefox/Flock Firefox has a built in uninstaller. - Click Tools > Add-ons Or Extensions in Firefox older version
- Click the AutoPager in the list
- Click Uninstall
Mozilla and Seamonkey These applications currently don't have a way to automatically uninstall extensions. So you can either do it manually.
Uninstalling Manually For Mozilla and Firefox (version 0.8 or lower) Extension installed in the application directory (default) - Exit your browser
- Find the chrome directory in your browser's application directory.
On a Windows that directory may be something like,
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\chrome\ - Delete chrome.rdf and the overlayinfo directory -- they will be regenerated at startup
- Delete autopager.jar
- Remove every line with reference to autopager from installed-chrome.txt
- Start your browser
Extension installed in the profile directory If you have installed the extension in your profile directory, it's a bit harder and you can NOT follow the instructions above. - Exit your browser
- Find the chome directory in your browser's profile directory.
On a PC with Firefox that directory may be something like,
C:\Documents and Settings\yourname\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\default\sk6kqj2s.slt\chrome\ - Delete autopager.jar
- Start your browser
This method for removing the extention from the profile directory may not always work. If you want to be thorough either create a new profile, or if your familiar with XML, remove each reference to the extension from any RDF file located in the overlayinfo directory. Please refer to http://kb.mozillazine.org/Uninstalling_extensions and/or http://www.mozmonkey.com/howto/uninstall/ for more information on uninstalling extensions.

You can archive this by append opacity:.0 !important; to the end of load style.
In Toos->AutoPager->Manage Setting->General
opacity:.0 means completely transparent. You can use any value between 0.0 to 1 to get the transparency you want.
