Pressing the PgDown or DownArrow keys does not scroll the page. Steps to Reproduce: 1) View any web page. 2) Scroll using the keyboard, until a new page is loaded (not viewed). 3) Press any scrolling key (eg Up, Down, PgUp, PgDown) Actual Results: No scrolling takes place. Expected Results: The window should scroll.
